Hello, and thank you for visiting.

My name is Nena, and I am a Native Floridian now happy to be HOME in North Wisconsin. I am a Holistic Birth Doula, yoga teacher, writer, midwife-in-the-making, and ecstatic mother & partner in a beautiful, wild family. Explore Heart Ethic to learn about my background and my story.

I am grateful to

Support birthing individuals & families in rewilding their birth experiences.

Serve the Northwoods birthing community as a birth and parenting resource.

Help women heal & nurture themselves through yoga, self-care, & bodywork.

Connect women with themselves and one another, and to the sacredness of life.

I am passionate about supporting women and couples through the childbearing year, encouraging deep trust in women’s bodies, partnership, and the process of birth. I honor each family’s unique path of bringing life into this world, and I love this work! My doula support is affirming, nurturing, and adaptive to meeting your needs.
