Holistic Birth Doula Care spans pregnancy, birth & the sacred postpartum window. Package options include deeper postpartum care & childbirth education.

Holistic Birth Doula Care includes:
  • Complimentary in-person consultation
  • 3 Prenatal Sessions (1.5 to 2 hr each)
  • On-call 24/7 from 37 weeks through birth
  • Labor, birth & immediate postpartum support (usually 1-2 hr after birth)
  • 3 in-home Postpartum Visits (1.5 to 2 hr each) for birth processing, womb massage & belly wrapping, herbal & nutritional consulting, emotional, breastfeeding & partnership support. Each visit includes a freshly prepared nourishing herbal tonic.
  • Mama’s Nourishment Companion ~ printed original guide for tending the postpartum mother
  • Courageous & Compassionate ~ postpartum audio workshop for dads
  • High quality backup doula support and referrals
  • Access to my personal lending library

It is my pleasure to offer customized herbals and fresh farm produce to the mothers & families I serve. Optional add-ons include:

  • Custom herbals ~ flower essence elixirs, herbalized ghees, botanical massage oils & more
  • Sacred Window Healing Kit ~ in full or select items
  • Market Veggie boxes & fresh-cut Microgreens from our family’s beyond-organic farm
Flourish Sacred Window Care

In lieu of shorter visits included in the package above, experience 12 four hour care sessions throughout your sacred window. This gives time for nourishing food preparation & full body abhyanga as desired.

Enjoy extra care in the early weeks, biweekly sessions throughout your sacred window, or cluster care when you know you’ll want it most (such as when your partner returns to work).

Blossom Sacred Window Care

In lieu of shorter visits included in the package above, experience 7 four hour care sessions throughout your sacred window. This gives time for nourishing food preparation & full body abhyanga as desired.

Enjoy 2 sessions during week 1 and a weekly session during weeks 2 through 6. Or cluster care around a specific transition.
